5th July 2008 - NEW RULING - ALL competitors in ANY SHC-SA Open Show Ring MUST be a full financial member of a SHC Affiliate to be eligible to compete...Encourage rings and Training/Schooling Clinics are the exception to this rule...Participants/Competitors who are non-financial and who wish to compete in encourage rings and training clinics, will be required to pay for a Day Membership and sign a Non Member Waiver Form...This option will NO LONGER be available to competitors who wish to compete in open show classes held by the SHC-SA.
The reason for this decision is that we cannot enforce SHC rules or discipline competitors for rule breaches if they are not full financial members. If everybody is a full financial member then we are all playing from the same set of rules.
